Afronova is a Pan African gallery for modern and contemporary art based in Johannesburg, South Africa, curated by Henri Vergon since 2004. Afronova hosts performances and screenings with a unique Pan African flavor and also develops a network of residencies and facilitates the participation of artists in African cultural events like the Bamako Biennale of African Photography or the Dakar Biennale of contemporary art, as well as international events.
