Opened in 1997, GALLERY SIDE 2 introduces mainly contemporary art including internationally well-known artists and also many young and promising artists. It has an international perspective in trying to find and introduce artists as seen in its active participation in art fairs, and its introduction of new noteworthy overseas artists to Japan.
